The 001 patch changes the {{bcprov-jdk16}} artifact to the {{bcprov-jdk15on}} artifact, and updates the version to 1.60.  It also adds the {{bcpkix-jdk15on}} artifact, which is needed for YARN-8448.  Finally, it excludes BouncyCastle from being shaded, because they are signed jars and shading them breaks that.
