OfBiz - Fixed Asset Question
Hi,
I am a consultant, researching various open source options for a customer looking into implement a Fixed Asset system.
I am trying to obtain as much documentation or tutorials on how to implement Fixed Asset with OfBiz.
· Does the client needs to configure the accounting functionality in order to implement fixed asset?

A quick note: the Fixed Asset functionality is part of the "accounting"
component of OFBiz, so in that way it is true that you must use the
accounting part of OFBiz.
However, this does not mean that you have to the OFBiz General Ledger or
for accounting transactions in general. Those can easily be turned off.
