> AppVeyor has added VS 2017 to their images (https://www.appveyor.com/docs/build-environment/#visual-studio-2017) but I'm not sure whether it has _only_ VS 2017 installed (from the table it looks like VS 2017 image also has VS 2015 installed). Regardless, we should add this image as the third build to our AppVeyor config.
