[PATCH] Extdir fix for Jikes on MacOS X

This path makes sure an Extensions directory (-extdir) exists before 
adding it to the classpath. This fixes my problem running jikes from 
MacOS X.

you may have missed it, because I commited a modified version of it,
but your patch found its way into Ant's CVS.
