Improve the search results page to look like and share code with the dependency pages

Attached is a patch to improve the results.jsp page. I've extracted the code that handles version merging into a utility class, and the jsp that handles the artifact title linking into a tagfil, so now the search results look the same as the dependency results with multiple versions per line.
