jk_open_socket, connect() failed errno = 61

Hi,
I am connecting tomcat4.0.4 with apache2.0.39 and i
always get this error, when i start apache,
but it does not reflect any problem while running
apache and tomcat.
so why do i get this error and how do we get rid of it
