FAQ Updates/Confluence cloaking

Hi All,

I've added cloaking to the Qpid Java FAQ today, allowing me to collapse the
questions for ease of scanning.

Just in case anyone adds more questions/wants to use cloaking on Confluence
here are the tags:

h2. {toggle-cloak:id=q2} Can you help me get started with Qpid?

Have a look at our [Getting Started Guide]

FYI you won't see the arrow icons on preview after adding, but need to save
the page before they're rendered.

The ids are simply chosen to be currently unique - just add any id not
already on the page.
