Close AOO, also the quick starter.
Look inside the user profile of AOO for the file registrymodifications.xcu.
Rename it, then start AOO. If AOO starts without problems simply delete the old
renamed file.
If this doesn't resolve the problem try to rename the complete user profile
folder.
