January board report

Our first board report as a TLP is due Monday 17th Jan for the board meeting
of 19th Jan. Since we reported via the Incubator in December there's not
much more to say. I've put up this page which committers can edit via CMS.

Please update the page with anything pertinent - getting the CMS bookmarklet
makes this easy - see the bottom of this page: https://cms.apache.org/ then
you can go to any of our aries.apache.org pages and edit it by clicking the
bookmarklet.
