users enter to D.B

Hi Team,

I entered few users by hand to O.M database to check whether those users 
are shown on "search intern" function. 
but had no luck. i just entered them to "users" table only by using simple 
sql statement. 
but those users are not showed up. really appreciate if you could help me 
on this.

The user should have an existing workgroup and "deleted flag" off
