Bug fix for crashing Courier fonts

I have a patch for crashing Courier fonts problem, but Iam not sure if it
has already been fixed. If anybody has problems with crashing TTF fonts
while embedding, please post, I shall send the files. If it hasnt been
fixed, I shall send the files anyway to the list.
