[~howardj] and which exactly does not break the UI using IE10? Sounds all like "nice, if you would do .." things. anchors on the same site can't match (taken only the html into account) .. empty tags are there to be filled via javascript .. and {{data-*}} should be fine, perhaps we should give the UI10 another doctype, but normal browser-behaviour would be "ignore what you don't know".
so, to ask again .. how exactly does the UI break? can you use the (however they call it now) "developer tools", "javascript console", .. to provide more information?
