We'd like to replace svn-qavm with a newer setup that uses puppet.  We'd like to preserve the existing vm for reference when moving.  To that end we'd like Infra to start building a new VM for us.  Ubuntu 12.04 would be fine or whatever you've been using as your standard Linux distro.
