Since we delete only those segments whose total size should not exceed *DataStorageConfiguration#maxWalArchiveSize * IGNITE_THRESHOLD_WAL_ARCHIVE_SIZE_PERCENTAGE*, but should be up to DataStorageConfiguration#maxWalArchiveSize * IGNITE_THRESHOLD_WAL_ARCHIVE_SIZE_PERCENTAGE*. Therefore, an excess of *DataStorageConfiguration#maxWalArchiveSize* occurs.
