can we compile .java automatically ???

hello struts-users

I would like to know how can we compile  automatically the .java files that
are in the classes folder.
In resin for exemple resin.conf permit that bat with struts  i don't know
how can xe do

Maybe it's something in struts-config.xml !!!

help will be apprecied
