Kerning is broken for standard fonts

Summary: Kerning is broken for standard fonts
           Product: Fop
           Version: 0.20.4
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: pdf renderer
        AssignedTo: fop-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: andy@cambrp.org

The kerning tables are bad for the standard fonts. When creating font metrics
for user specified fonts, I found that I need to use the "-enc ansi" or else the
user specified font has the same problem. The default CID encoding created key
indices that were off.
