[Issue 119136] When exporting to the .pdf format, even though I make choices to lock up the document so that it can not be copied, emailed, printed, etc. the .pdf file still shows the features that I don't want available-read only critical.

- OK
Printing - Not permitted works
Changes - Not permitted works
uncheck Enable copying of content works
