Could you add
Map<String, Collection<String>> getRequestHeaders() method to 
JettyContentExchange interface?

Context:
In Camel 2.14.x JettyContentExchange was a class extending ContentExchange so that it gives access to ContentExchange methods.

Currently it is an interface and it is impossible to access (without hacking access to private final field.... hell yeah ]:->)  for example in order to access to HTTP request headers...
