<p>Update project document content:</p>
<p>1. remove docs in incubator-tubemq: Since <a href="https://github.com/apache/incubator-tubemq-website" class="external-link" rel="nofollow">https://github.com/apache/incubator-tubemq-website</a> contains the content of the docs, delete the docs in <a href="https://github.com/apache/incubator-tubemq" class="external-link" rel="nofollow">https://github.com/apache/incubator-tubemq</a> in order to avoid maintaining one content in two places to avoid inconsistencies;</p>
<p>2. Update the content of Chinese documents in incubator-tubemq-website:<br/>
Add two sections of principle introduction and user manual, and supplement the documents in the following forms in each section:<br/>
Introduction of principle <br/>
Introduction of principle architecture<br/>
Module implementation principle</p>
<p> User manual<br/>
Deployment Guidelines<br/>
Usage example<br/>
Introduction to configuration parameters<br/>
Control console operation guide<br/>
Error code<br/>
API introduction</p>
