Launching an app in Ripple 0.9.31 shows the following error in Chrome's console:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) ... http://localhost:4400/ripple/user-agent

This was introduced in commit [3d95b7e8|https://github.com/apache/incubator-ripple/commit/3d95b7e851c045294ae5d2aad49d5d96159bfe8e].
