buji-pac4j v1.4.0: final tests before release

Hi,

I have upgraded buji-pac4j (new v1.4.0) to be based on pac4j v1.8.1:
https://github.com/bujiio/buji-pac4j

Various fixes and improvements have been made: new CAS protocol v3, new LDAP
/ RDBMS / MongoDB / Stormpath supports...

The demo has been updated as well: https://github.com/pac4j/buji-pac4j-demo

The release will be cut in two weeks. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Thanks.
Best regards,
Jérôme
