This would help simplify our docs for deploying in cluster mode, since we could skip the "copy your hadoop jars" bit.

> One way to deploy HBase is to deploy Hadoop and hbase together on the same machine. Then HBase can use the jars from the Hadoop directory. We should make this possible by creating a convenience assembly with no Hadoop.
