The rampart-c-dev@ws.apache.org mailing list was closed down in 2010, and transferred to c-dev@axis.apache.org.

However there are lots of the c-dev@axis mails in the rampart-c-dev@ws archive, starting in Feb 2010. It looks as though the rampart archiver was mistakenly subscribed to the c-dev list.

There are 461 messages (numbers 21431 to 21891) which therefore appear in both archives. They are also duplicated on lists.apache.org (presumably from the import).
