[VOTE] Apache Flex 4.9.1 RC2
Hi,
This is a Apache Flex 4.9.1 release candidate 2. Please see the RELEASE_NOTES and the README.
Fixed in this release candidate:
- Fix so that the release build compiles the experimental projects (issue with empty.properties being removed from binary package)
The release candidate can be found here;

Before voting please review the section,"What are the ASF requirements on approving a release?", at:
http://www.apache.org/dev/release.html#approving-a-release
Please vote to approve this release:
+1 Approve the release
-1 Veto the release (please provide specific comments to why)
This vote will be open for at least 72 hours or as long as needed given it holidays.
The vote passes if there is:
- At least 3 +1 votes from the PMC
- More positive votes than negative votes
When voting please indicate what platform and IDE you compiled and tested the SDK with.

Thant's correct it's from a build form the 4.9 release branch and only has limited changes form the 4.0.0 version.

Sorry I had assumed Alex had done this.

This is not a 4.10 release it's a minor update to the 4.9 release.

README file was built off a version that was at least two months old. It
is still referring to the incubator site, etc. It is not as current as the
one released with 4.9.0
RELEASE_NOTES does not list the bugs fixes. It only says "minor bugs" but
goes on to list bugs fixed in 4.9.0.
Changes from ASDOCS were not included. This includes changes in the HTML
templates (logo).
