Re: [VOTE] Second release candidate for HBase 2.4.10 (RC1) is available

+1 (binding)

I've executed the hbase-votes.sh on 2.4.10RC0 but there were no code
changes in RC1.

* Signature: ok
* Checksum : ok
* Rat check (1.8.0_302): ok
 - mvn clean apache-rat:check
* Built from source (1.8.0_302): ok
 - mvn clean install  -DskipTests
* Unit tests pass (1.8.0_302): ok
 - mvn package -P runAllTests  -Dsurefire.rerunFailingTestsCount=3

Standalone mode:
* LTT 1M rows
* Basic shell commands
* Checked Master and RS UI

Checked CHANGES and RELEASENOTES.
