   Regarding #6901 (proposal: #6834)
   
   Published segments cache in Brokers shouldn't use Interners. Instead, `MetadataSegmentView` should probe into `BrokerServerView`'s data and vice versa, similar to was is done in Coordinator's memory: #6357.
