[ANN] A new version of Jamailet is available for downlaod

A new version of Jamailet is available for download.

This is version 1.0.2. New features include:

1) Jamailet is now a separate package ready to be deployed under %JAMES_HOME%/lib; 
1) XML configuration info are stored in a HashMap to increase performance
2) The initial object filled in by Digester has been replaced from a Vector (legacy from 1.3.1) to ArrayList
3) AbstractQuotaMatcher and AbtractStorageQuota classes have been removed from the distribution, as they
   are now part of the James distribution

In order to run jamailet you will need also the following:

a) Commons Digester
b) Commons Collections
c) Commons Beanutils
d) Commons Logging
