In my opinion of the matter and the reviews I have gone through, I would recommend BIRT located here [https://www.eclipse.org/birt/about|https://www.eclipse.org/birt/about/] which is issued with the EPL license making which allows redistribution. It has got a report builder and other data visualization
There are of course some few issues but they are far less than the benefits
