[ANNOUNCE] Apache SkyWalking 8.9.0 released

Hi all,

Apache SkyWalking Team is glad to announce the first release of Apache
SkyWalking 8.9.0.

SkyWalking: APM (application performance monitor) tool for distributed systems,
especially designed for microservices, cloud native and
container-based (Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos) architectures.

This release contains a number of new features, bug fixes and
improvements compared to
version 8.8.1. The notable changes since 8.9.0 include:

1. Support JDK 16 and 17
2. Add Docker images for arm64 architecture.
3. Optimize endpoint dependency.
4. New time range selector and time range setting.
5. Recover zipkin-receiver plugin.
