Request help for subversion path based svn auth file for windows domain users

Dear Friends,
 
I would like to request all of you I am installed subversion on windows server. I need help configuring path based restriction using windows domain users. I am very thankful if could send working httd file and svn auth file.Please find my configuration file.I am unable access using this configuration.

        AuthType SSPI
        AuthName "Subversion repositories"
            SSPIAuth On
            SSPIAuthoritative on

 Require valid-user
 AuthzSVNAccessFile "C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache2/etc/svn-auth-file.txt"

Please help me to resolve the problem.
