Attaching a patch that corrects the two references in the Release Notes.

> In several sections of the Release Notes (https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=cloudstack.git;a=blob;f=docs/en-US/Release_Notes.xml), the document mentions modifying the componentsContext.xml to make changes in how CloudStack handles authentication. There appears to be an extra 's' in that filename as only componentContext.xml(.in) at https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=cloudstack.git;a=blob;f=client/tomcatconf/componentContext.xml.in exists in the source tree.
