   ### Current Behavior
   
   Hi to all, 
   
   In the last release of apisix (3.13.0) I saw the new integrated dashboard, it is more clear and light, good job guys!
   
   However I found some problems with "vars" configuration in "match rules" section. 
   If I open a route with "vars" condition, writed with previous dashboard, I received a "a.trim is not a function" error from app.
   Furthermore I can't insert my "rules" in "vars" property as suggest in https://apisix.apache.org/docs/apisix/admin-api/#request-body-parameters and in https://github.com/api7/lua-resty-expr?tab=readme-ov-file#logical-operators as a array of arrays of string
   
   Have some suggests about?

   ### Steps to Reproduce
   
   Try to insert a route with "vars" condition in "match rules" section
   
   ### Environment
   
   - APISIX version (run `apisix version`): 3.13.0
