Resolution: Fixed
No both the CheckBoxGroup and RadioButtonGroup allow iteration over HashMaps in the repeater mode. In addition, during this fix, I verified that you can include JSTL inside of the these tags.
I added bvt coreweb/coretags/cbg/hash and coreweb/coretags/rbg/hash as verification of the feature.
