### Steps to reproduce
```javascript
option = {
xAxis: {
type: 'time',
},
yAxis: {
type: 'value'
},
series: [{
data: [[0, 100], [1000, 200]],
type: 'bar',
stack: 'stack',
}, {
data: [[1000, 150]],
type: 'bar',
stack: 'stack',
}]
};
```
### What is expected?
When the data indexes are not aligned with data timestamps, for example:
- [[0, 100], [1000, 200]]
- [[1000, 150]]
`echarts` will calculate a wrong max value.
In this situation, `max = 200 + 150 = 350` is expected, but actully get `100 + 150 = 250`.
By the result, I guess that `echarts` calculates the `max` value by the same index, not by the same dimension.
I think the `max` should be the sum of the data with same dimension, not the same index.
