[VOTE] Release Synapse 2.1.0 - Take 2
Hi Devs,
This is the take-2 call for votes to release Apache Synapse-2.1.0.
Please review the signed artifacts:

I was wondering why the artifacts are named

By new artifacts I believe you mean the artifacts created under
modules/distribution/target during the build process?

BTW, the artifacts uploaded to [1] are from the staging repository it self.
We are in the process of uploading the new artifacts to the same location.
Once it's done, will call the vote again.

The binary distribution contains a wsdl4j-1.6.2.jar artifact that is
not the same as the one on Maven central. Can you explain how this
happens and where this artifact comes from?
