Internal error

When I want to load an XML page, I get Internal Error. I checked
error_log, and there is:

[Thu Oct 12 15:27:44 2000] [error] [client 216.252.234.3] Premature end
of script headers: /servlet/org.apache.cocoon.Cocoon

I don't know that this suppouse to mean, I followed the "java" process
with top, and the CPU time was over 93-95%.
