The composer package contains everything from repository (see screenshot in attachments) but should only contain files necessary for its operation.

Solutions:
 * use export-ignore in .gitattributes
 ** see [https://github.com/composer/composer/blob/main/.gitattributes]
 * create read-only repository for package
 ** see [https://github.com/danharrin/monorepo-split-github-action|https://github.com/danharrin/monorepo-split-github-action.]
 ** move composer.json to php/lang
 ** create .gitattributes in php/lang
 ** publish composer package from read-only repository
