   ### Description
   
   When using StreamPark, its system has a configuration called "ingress" which can generate k8s ingress rules. However, there is an issue with our company's k8s cluster as the nginx port is not the default, it is specially configured. As a result, the default generated address cannot access the flink task dashboard inside the k8s cluster. Therefore, we hope to add a configuration to set the k8s nginx controller port, which can adapt to different situations.
