Internal Server Error 500

Hi Remy 

I have implemented a webdav client and access the slide continoulsly to
store files generated in a fly from the client. The Slide deployment is
in tomcat. For many of the PUT commands I am getting 500 error
code.There is no pattern to this occurence.All the files are of smaller
sizes. The same file may get inserted in another run.Is it an error
related to tomcat or Slide - Something like server getting too busy to
process the request(PUT command)

Please do throw some light to this issue.

More info please:
apache? , tomcat version, slide version, OS, ...
slide stores you are using

For 500 error there should be error messages in the logfiles/on the
console.
