Ask for latest jar file to fix Bug(29747) in HSSFWorkbook:setRepeatingRowsAndColumns

Hi World,

As I am working behind the firewall and my network administrator do not
allow me to use the proxy to connect to the apache's CVS server, so I can't
check out the whole cvs and build my own latest jar file, could you please
email me that latest jar file which has fix the bug 29747?  (I really need
to fix that bug.)
