Would like to have a default configuration for indexing_configuration.xml in the repository.xml

I would like to have a default configuration for indexing_configuration.xml similar to the default search index configuration that generates a workspace.xml on creation.  This will allow people to not have to copy a seperate config file to the workspace home directory.  This helps with web apps to keep everything self contained in a warfile.
