[GH] (jackrabbit-oak/issue/OAK-12365): Workflow run "Build" failed!

OAK-12365: register kill switch on Whiteboard, add coverage

- Register FT_OAK-12365 as a FeatureToggle in LuceneIndexProviderService
  and ElasticIndexProviderService, matching FT_OAK_12244's pattern. It was
  declared but never wired, so operators had no way to disable it at runtime.
- Add unit test verifying FT_OAK_12365_DISABLE actually suppresses deletion.
- Add unit test verifying removing one of several aggregated properties does
  not delete the document (only fully-empty content should).
- Reset FT_OAK_12365_DISABLE in @Before/@After alongside FT_OAK_12244_DISABLE.
- Add a debug log line on the new deletion path, matching the existing
  trace log on the update path.
