I have a legacy gs_loginReport.jsp that many paying customers use to access our
site.  I would like to move that scriptly/custom tag cruft into an Action.  I
would to be able to create servlet mapping for this that points the the main
ActionServlet so that I don't have to have 2 actions or a jsp page that is
nothing but a <c:url redirect=""/>.
