> We've had occasional bugs where a maintenance op gets "stuck" - either due to a deadlock or waiting on operations that will never complete, etc. We should add some kind of status report callback for an op, so that we can see via the web UI what's going on. Perhaps the maintennace manager can start emitting warnings if an op is taking longer than 60s or so.
