Please help me build shared libraries for apache ORC C++

Hi team,

    Hope you are doing great. Currently apache ORC C++ project builds
static libs only. Could you please help me build shared libs for this
project.  If you could share step by step procedure to build shared libs,
It would be great. Thank you.
