A suggestion for the end goal for this jira is a simple document containing the list of metrics and definitions for Ambari Server, along with some other tuning parameters like 

- Collection frequency (How often do we collect)
- Send frequency (How often do you send)
- Do we want to buffer data at the ambari server before sending to AMS?
