The [compiler argument|https://github.com/apache/servicemix-specs/blob/043000b57b3acecac3d4fe71f54088c33270ab83/activation-api-2.0.1/pom.xml#L69] looks wrong also:

Some significant changes were made when moving from {{javax.activation}} to {{jakarta.activation}}, e.g. {{ActivationDataFlavor}} is no longer extending {{java.awt.datatransfer.DataFlavor}}.

And I still see

jakarta.activation.UnsupportedDataTypeException: 
no object DCH for MIME type multipart/mixed;
