Hi all:
My name is Chen Weiqing, and I am currently working as a Java SDE for my gap year. I have a lot interest in this topic as GSoc2021. I want to know if this topic is assigned or if there is someone working on this problem. So that I will turn to choose other topics. If you are working on this topic, please let me know.

> *Notice*, when you review these DML(SELECT/UPDATE/DELETE/INSERT) SQLs, you will find that these definitions will involve some basic elements of Oracle SQL. No doubt, these elements are included in this task as well.
