Accumuo 2 and Hadoop 3

If anyone is interested I have started working on getting Fluo to work
with Accumulo 2 and Hadoop 3.  That work is in the following branch.
Currently mvn verify -DskipTests passes.  When the test do run the ITs
hang because tservers can not find a Guava method, need to figure this
out.
