branch-1.4.1 has been created for stabilizing the code for the upcoming
1.4.1 release.
For any 1.4.1 fixes, please provide patches for both trunk and branch-1.4.1.

A bit of history on this...

Some time ago, JIRAs marked for 1.3 (new features on Hadoop 1 stack only)
were being worked on in trunk and 1.4 development (installing/managing
Hadoop 2 stack only) was happening in parallel in a separate branch
(branch-1.4.0).
After the 1.2.5 release was done, branch-1.4.0 was merged into trunk (note
that features already worked on for 1.3 are still in trunk).
At the present moment, the code in trunk (and branch-1.4.1) can
install/manage both Hadoop 1 and Hadoop 2 stacks and is now pretty stable;
further stabilization will happen in branch-1.4.1.
In short, we are just skipping the 1.3 release version number; we will go
over the JIRAs that are still marked as fixVersion==1.3.0 and move them to
the appropriate release versions.
